Biography
Licensed to practice law in the United States as well as Venezuela. I earned my Juris Doctor degree from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. I am a member of The Oklahoma Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
My experience dealing with the U.S. immigration system has helped individuals with Asylum applications, family petitions, consular process, U visas, waivers, asylum, VAWA, T visas, and citizenship. This has also included preparing clients for USCIS interviews, Consular interviews, and ICE check-ins.
My family comes from a mix of different countries and cultures, so I love and welcome diversity.
I can speak Spanish and English and have worked with translators to accommodate clients speaking other foreign languages.
