Glad, I fired her! She was given my case at Jeffery Caffee's firm towards the end- she lets her personal issues cloud her judgment at times and it showed by the way she would talk to me with the tone of a defense attorney. She wasn't consistent and failed to update me on important developments of m...y case as I had asked. From my understanding, she's a new lawyer who's more concerned about "wins" than she is getting her clients the compensation they deserve. Something I found odd was how she couldn't answer some of my important questions before getting the opinion from other lawyers around her. Is she in training? At one point she almost put my case in the wrong court which would've hurt my case more than she did towards the end. I wouldn't have hired her on my own, and wasn't too happy when she took over my case because of her lack of "Fight". She's not someone I'd want on my legal team when fighting an insurance company- especially for a TBI injury. If you suffer from any serious injuries, I'd recommend finding a lawyer who specializes in that injury, not someone who will take anything and run with it. Even after I fired her, she still tried working my case even after I told her I had a new lawyer. Needless to say, avoid her for any serious injuries. I found a great lawyer who did more in 2 months than she did in almost a year. Got my truck fixed and the settlement was more than she estimated.
