"pro bono" criminal attorneys are called public defenders. If you want to retain an attorney you'll have to pay for it.

No - since you've had the charge dismissed, it's too late to go back and do anything.
If your only condition of felony probation is to make restitution payments. can you be violated for use of alcohol?
