Since you don't state what he was charged with, what the deal was that he got, or anything else, it is impossible to speculate on whether a motion...
Why would a two defendants in one case be separated for their own trials? one defendant is facing PC187 and the 2ND one is PC32.

The charges can be tried together, and often relate, as the prior poster said; however it appears the attorney for the PC 32 defendant did his job...

You are confusing family court with criminal court. Whether daughter can "get away with this" because of a prior family court ruling is mixing...

No. If you are arrested, then the arrest will show up on a criminal history. The only way to get it off is to have a motion for factual innocence...

It sounds like you pled guilty to the traffic ticket then forgot to pay the fine. Unfortunatly, there isn't anything you can do now except pay it....
