I hired this attorney to help me with my upcoming case to get a restraining order against several individuals who's stalking and harassing me, intentionally inflicting harm on me. This OfCourse is very stressful, not because it's happening to me but because these same people are harassing my family. ... Attorney Charles Tolliver convinced me that he wanted to help me, and he understood the work of writing a 40-page complaint against 10 defendants. he would also write the discovery questions and Subpoenas which would lead us to getting a restraining order once the evidence from the defendant's phone was collected. Last week he sent me over the work, it was a THREE (3) page compliant with only 3 defendants and none of the other work was done. It took him nearly 6 weeks to do a 3-page compliant. I have asked this attorney for my money back several times, but he refused. If my money is not returned, I'm suing him for theft by deception. I will also sue the board for allowing this attorney to use his law license to deceive people out of their money. I regret the day I ever spoke to him about my case.
