I defer to the OHIO lawyers if the 10 day approval is valid, but that aside, you have a right to object and a right to investigate and the back up....

Who is the trustee? I have not seen the other document. The trustee should have the power of sale unless there is a restriction in the document.

Your cousin has broad discretion but it sounds like he may have exceeded it especially if he withdrew the funds from the 401 when the funds weren't...
