Charles Brandon Holubar was hired and paid for a foreclosure in my property in Mission. His communication relationship with me as his client was extremely poor. He would not move on my case or guide me correctly, and based on several things which he did, including the timing, I had my concerns he m...ay have been serving the other party, something I would not be able to prove. He took three years to finally take my file to court due to my constant "nagging" and staying on top of him, and things just couldn't be friendly due to his constant inmobility, stagnancy on my case and poor communication. He didn't deliver the foreclosure and the timing was all due to him as we would go to court, and the judge would get upset he hadn't filed a certain paperwork needed, etc. Due to his lack of response and communication, basically caring about me as a client, my property was in danger of foreclosure because the buyers were not paying taxes for five years or insurance, and they weren't paying me the loan as I was their bank, either. I was stuck with the property as I still owed a partial amount to the original morgage, and being the buyer's bank had not been in my favor as they had stopped paying long ago. I had paid mortgage, taxes, and insurance while they never paid but have lived in my house. They are still currently living in my house without payment for years. I rate him poorly as he deserves it based on how he provided services to me. I could not possibly pay him extra money he didn't deserve after he delayed this and placed my property at risk. I have paid monthly, and he never filed the right paperwork to force them to pay. The family there filed for bankruptcy, and I am still stuck not being able to take them out. I blame Brandon Holubar and King Law Firm for the length of time, the inappropriate lien on the property, even naming me the defendant instead of the plaintiff in the judgment given to me. I am now going to hire another lawyer in hopes to get my home back after three long years. I am not going to say not to hire him, but for me, it was a detrimental choice.
