He hasn't done anything that he was paid to do. Its been 4 months and he still hasn't filed my papers with the court. His retainer fee has been paid in full and he's done nothing for my case. All I get is one excuse after another. Never any truth to what he says. He likes to tell what you want to ...hear but then doesn't ever follow thru with anything he tells you that he's going to do. I might as well go file my papers with the court, at least my case could move forward quicker. I've had 4 court dates and he has only showed up for one of them. That so far is the only thing he has done for my case. If I could afford to go hire another lawyer I would in a heartbeat.

Parenting plan, and family court. Chuck was thorough. Always available, and returned all phone calls. Asked me to provide specific papers and dates, that helped him in preparing for court. Chuck has represented me twice in family court, and was able to get me full custody of both my children. I would... recomend Chuck highly.
