Not a good attorney
This attorney failed to show up for a very important hearing involving my child then tried to blame me for his not showing up. After that he filed the wrong paperwork with the court and so the now I've had to hire another attorney and spend more money than necessary if all he did was show up and do ...
I was the second or third attorney that Sylvester Raymond, III hired then fired because the court didn't rule the way he wanted. I believe he has hired two different attorneys after me. This client is a convicted felon, convicted of stealing from a company he did contract work for. The client hired me the day before his trial and I called the client an hour before the hearing to tell him I was preparing a motion that needed to be filed that day and that he needed to be present in the IV-D court to let the judge know. The client who has been to court many times with several different attorneys said "he couldn't find the court room" which is why he was late. The court held the hearing and ruled against him because the court had already heard the arguments he wanted me to make, during previous hearings, and the client had no new evidence or arguments to produce.
