Chaim Dov Sacks

Attorney Dov Sacks is a highly skilled, versatile lawyer who represents clients in medical malpractice, civil rights, personal injury, products liability, nursing home injuries, and other civil matters. Prior to joining Berman & Simmons in 2014, Dov worked in Philadelphia where he represented victims of mortgage fraud and unfair business practices, homeowners facing foreclosure, and parents fighting to preserve their parental rights.

In 2000, Dov was named a United States Presidential Scholar, the nation’s top academic distinction for high school graduates. Dov went on to become a top scholar at Harvard College before earning an academic scholarship to The George Washington University Law School.

Upon graduating from law school, Dov was awarded the prestigious Richard C. Lewis, Jr. Memorial Award, presented to only one student in a class of more than 500 “for extraordinary dedication to clinics, and unusual compassion and humanity toward clients and colleagues.”
