Anybody have any experience with VC 13353.2 (e)(f) in terms of getting a new hearing with the DMV when no charges filed by DA?

get a new attorney. Get the DS702 signed. Time is almost up, so move fast. I am curious if this is a 1st ans also if the suspension has been stayed...

In OC, nothing. But I hear other jurisdictions give 5 days jail. Contact a DUI attorney that practices regularly in Riverside. Call Manny Barba....

No. You need to prove your license was valid, a DMV printout will help.
That will take care of 1 count. The DUI charge may stick, and it sounds...
