Chad Eugene Bradshaw

Unfortunately I cannot reccomend Mr. Bradshaw to anyone due to his lack of performance. I paid my retainer to Mr. Bradshaw, he went to one court hearing on my behalf, sent half a dozen emails to to opposing party and then stopped all communications with myself and opposing counsel. A few months go by... and the opposing counsel contacts me saying they haven't heard from my attorney or I on the matter so they will be taking further actions at this point. Surprised by their accusations I attempted to contact my counsel, this went on for about a week, and still no response. Come to find out my counsel sent half a dozen emails back and forth and then stopped communicating with the other counsel a few months after the court hearing last fall, it is now July. I contacted Mr. Bradshaw yet again after I handeled negotiations with the opposing counsel and I did what I hired him to do only to find out that he supposedly spent not only the full $3500.00 retainer but also mentioned to me that he ran several hundred dollars over the retainer in his one brief court appearance and the half a dozen emails sent to the opposing counsel however he admitted to me that he was going to "be kind and just write off the additionalexpenses." If you want to waste your money and pay someone to not handle anything other then showing up to court once then by all means hire Mr. Brandshaw.
