About a month ago, I was cited for 4th Degree DUI in Hennepin County, Cathy was recommended to me by a friend and I called her that very next morning. She was extremely helpful with giving me a list of tasks that I needed to complete prior to court and was able answer all of my questions about the pr...ocess, all month long. Cathy was very accessible throughout the process and gave me sound advice all the way to the day of court. Ultimately, because of the prep work that was done on the front end, my charge was plead down to Careless Driving. I would highly recommend Cathy to anyone who was in the same spot that I was in, she was thorough, professional, and dependable throughout this bad situation.

I have to say, I have never had to deal with the situation in which my son and I have just been thru with his DUI's. I went on line and found Catherine Lake and immediately called. She had us come in right then and explained everything in detail of what we were about to encounter. We were scared but ...the damage was done and we had to deal with the consequences of his actions. I have used Catherine Lake twice. In both cases, Atty Lake took the time to fully explain all aspects of the case and possible outcomes. Atty Lake was very nice in person and was able to become a bulldog in the courtroom which provided me with as much satisfaction as the outcome of the case. ...
