After graduating from Dickinson College, Catherine worked for various financial and legal service companies in Wilmington, Delaware.
Her experience ranged from managing daily operations of an asset based lending firm, administration of a Delaware Investment Holding Company Management Firm, and running an Incorporation and Registered Agent Service Company.
In 1996, while working full time, Catherine received her law degree from Widener University School of Law by completing a 4 year evening program. After admission to the Pennsylvania and Washington DC Bar, she became President and General Counsel of Star Business and Industrial Corporation. She has also served on various boards of charitable organizations and was Board of Trustees for a non-profit Retirement and Nursing Home Facility.
In 2005, Catherine moved to Jupiter with her husband, Peter, a Senior Director at the Scripps Research Institute and has been active in the local Jupiter community. Catherine was President of the MOMS Club of Jupiter, South and has worked on several fundraisers benefiting local charities. She volunteers at her children's schools while raising her 2 young children. She became a member of the Florida bar in 2011.
