This Law office is very good at responding to my calls and texted whenever I have questions about my case. The staff in the office are very friendly and organized. Attorney Catalina was very good at addressing any concerns that I had about my case. I was satisfied with the outcome on my case and I co...uldn’t be happier I chose this law office!

I hired Catalina about 2 months ago. She answered my questions honestly and thoroughly. She kept it real with me. Every time I went to her office her staff was very professional. They are cost effective. Don’t see how anyone can have a bad experience with this amazing office. I would highly recommend.... She and the case manager Jose kept me on the loop and due to her hard work my dui got dismissed

When first reaching out for help- you don't speak to Catalina at all. You speak to Jose her office assistant. They are only eager to get your money but never have time for you when you need to reach out or have questions regarding your case. IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AHOLD OF CATALINA. We had to... fire them for poor representation- and when we asked for documents showing what they even did for us Jose responded 2 weeks later saying we owed them more money- YOU MUST GIVE PROPER DOCUMENTATION TO YOUR CLIENTS WHEN ASKED WITHIN 48 HOURS . If you need a DUI lawyer for sure don't come to her! Go to a WAY better lawyer that actually puts in effort for you. Catalina Gracia was the worst mistake we made.

I hired these people for a family member and got no results, 4 months of me hiring them and absolutely nothing. My loved one was never represented by the lawyer in which I hired , no argument on their behalf. The case manager is the only person reachable and he is unprofessional, all he was worried a...bout is money. Please save your money you could represent yourself or loved one better

I contacted this attorney’s office and the guy I spoke with, Jose, ensured me what he could do for me and everything was great. I had to contact him several times to get an update on the status of my case which should have been a red flag. When he did answer my calls, he confirmed he took care of wha...t needed to be done. When I asked for documentation to prove everything he could not provide it to me. When I asked if there was anything else I needed to do, he went missing on me. It is now October and I still have not heard back from him or this office. I’ve called and left several voicemails, so at this point you know you’re just being ignored. I’m extremely disappointed that because this wasn’t a larger money making case I was treated like this. It made me feel that as soon as you got my money, you took it and ran. Also disappointed that I have no other course of action but to file a complaint with the state Bar; I’m sure I won’t be the only person disappointed then.
