This law office is a joke! All they want is your moneyyyy! Catalina didnt attend to my fiances case as she shouldve. We paid her alot of money just for her to do nothing! She waisted a whole month for nothing! She didn't do what was asked of her and she acted like she didn't care about her client. Sh...e lied a few times! She never answered her phone nor hardly responded to text messages. She charged us for work she did not complete. Worst lawyer ever! We fired her and hired a much better experienced attorney. When first reaching out for help- you don't speak to Catalina at all. You speak to Jose her office assistant. They are only eager to get your money but never have time for you when you need to reach out or have questions regarding your case. IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AHOLD OF CATALINA. We had to... fire them for poor representation- and when we asked for documents showing what they even did for us Jose responded 2 weeks later saying we owed them more money- YOU MUST GIVE PROPER DOCUMENTATION TO YOUR CLIENTS WHEN ASKED WITHIN 48 HOURS . If you need a DUI lawyer for sure don't come to her! Go to a WAY better lawyer that actually puts in effort for you. Catalina Gracia was the worst mistake we made.
