Breach of contract payment

I hired Casey for breach of contract payment with a consulting company. Casey did an excellent job of filing the case with all the facts, I was over joyed and felt that I won the case the moment I reviewed the draft case. Defendant could not provide any evidence to support their argument and keep on... delay dallying by negotiating for a settlement. Finally defendant agreed to pay little extra to the sued amount and agreed for settlement without going for trial.
