Carol Ann Drake

I retained Carol for my divorce in 2008-2009. My situation was not a simple solution, and looking back from today, I see how the opposing attorney was able to run my billing up with Carol only because of his strategy to do so, and Carol doing her due diligence in pleading for my ex and his attorney t...o co operate. Now, 7 years later, and my ex has been in contempt for most of the court ordered steps, I can not thank Carol enough for the foresight she saw into my ex that this would happen. I will be back in court, hopefully with a positive outcome for my children and I. My ex, and his attorney TAW, convinced me toward the end of my divorce that Carol was my enemy, I am saddened that in the craziness of trying to survive with 3 kids and self employed, I believed them. I had to stop the meter THEY were running up! Carol drafted a very unique decree for me, and my children, that will hopefully pay off here soon as I go back into the courts. It cost me well into the 5 digits, and from where I sit now, with a clearer view of the true enemy, I only wish I could thank her.
