I-140

Going through Chen Immigration law firm was an excellent experience regarding each and every step such as I-140 reference letters, I-140 petition letter and visa related questionnaires with prompt answer. I went through a lot of trouble with my previous law firm including excessive fees with no resul...ts, implying just a copy-paste procedure. After hearing from a couple of friends, I decided to apply for the I140 again, through Chen Immigration this time. I think most applicants agreed with me about their professionalism, dedication, honesty, and personal care of individual cases. From my experience I can say they are friend and guide for the total immigration procedure. I received I-140 approval within 11 days with PP. I hope Chen Immigration will continue their success. I highly recommend Chen Immigration for anyone’s green card application.

Green Card under EB1A

I would like to review the North America Immigration Law Group, also known as Chen Immigration (WeGreened.com). After doing lots of online research and recommendations from friends all suggested Victoria Chen and her firm. The whole team is one amazing and do wonderful work and I find them very very... very punctual. Every draft of the petition letter or recommendation letters has to be approved by Ms. Chen before they upload it for client review. They are highly experienced in the very narrow fields of EB1. They are also very updated on every information from USCIS and keep all their clients well informed. They offered me free assessment of my case before we decided to retained them and they offer an approval or refund guarantee, meaning they will refund the my if your case is not approved. They draft all the letters within 2-3 weeks of providing them with your research summary. Their online website ides is awesome. We always use to get all the update through website. They are quite organized and answer all and every question free of charge. They graciously reviewed all my job descriptions and gave me their assessment of each job from the perspective of the USCIS such as whether USCIS will think the job is same or similar to my current job, etc. I was so happy and satisfied with them that I retained them to file the I485 application for me and my husband and got approval and green card in hand with in 5 months. I highly recommend them for all those who want to go for permanent residency. Thanks Nirupama

EB1 EA and EB2 NIW I-140 approvals

Ms. Victoria Chen is a very renowned and highly qualified attorney for immigration. I approached their firm for an evaluation, and I had qualified for EB2 NIW. When asked, she had specifically told me what I would need for filing for EB1A. We worked together the entire time of preparing for filing pe...titions. I followed her advise fully, we focused on citations, publications, peer reviews, working as judge for grants, recognitions, recommendations and many more. She told me I was good to apply for EB1A along with NIW. We applied and got approvals. We did have RFE on both cases, but she guided me exactly as to what I would need to send in my responses. She worked very hard on response letters, testimonials, recommendations, and helped me identify specifics in my research work that would be useful in sending with response letter for RFE. Their team delivers what they promise. They got me approvals! One fine morning, the first thing I woke up to was the text alert indicating both my cases were approved. I strongly recommend North America Immigration Law Group!!

WeGreened review

I would like to review the North America Immigration Law Group, also known as Chen Immigration (WeGreened.com). After a failed attempt at filing a PERM application through work, I decided to take matters at my own hands and apply for a National Interest Waiver program. Hours of online research and re...commendations from friends all led to Victoria Chen and her firm. The whole team is one amazing group of people. They do super meticulous work and are very punctual. Every draft of the petition letter or recommendation letters has to be approved by Ms. Chen before they upload it for client review. They prepare over a thousand applications every year and therefore are highly experienced in the very narrow fields of EB1 and EB2-NIW. They are also very transparent about their results and provide detailed statistics of the approvals/denials on their website. They offer free assessment of your case before you retain them and if you meet the usual standards they offer an approval or refund guarantee, meaning they will refund the attorney fee if your case is not approved. Their fee is quite reasonable for their services: most of the law firms only draft the petition letter and not the recommendation letters whereas Chen Immigration drafts all recommendation letters based on the research summary you provide them and even help you choose a suitable list of recommenders. They work around the hour and draft all the letters within two weeks of providing them with your research summary. The letters are very articulate and grandiose and are written in superb English. The final petition letter is drafted within the same two-week time frame once you provide the signed recommendation letters. When I reviewed the petition letter for the first time I felt like it was an art form! Every section and paragraph was there for a reason (and I can tell because I had gained some understanding of the NIW requirements by that time) and the legal logic they had laid out in the letter was flawless. What amazed me the most was that they had done their own research of the impact of your work on your field and provided detailed evidentiary proof in forms of statistics. They are quite organized and answer all and every question free of charge within the next 24 hours (usually much less). You can tell that every response is well thought and specific to your case. I even asked them some complicated questions regarding my change of jobs while my application was pending. They graciously reviewed all my job descriptions and gave me their assessment of each job from the perspective of the USCIS such as whether USCIS will think the job is same or similar to my current job, etc. I was so content with them that I also retained them to file the I485 application for my wife and myself, and I am happy I did as they found many important mistakes that I had made when filling out the forms (although both of us were very careful, but as laymen have different interpretations of the law/forms) and pointed out issues with our supporting documents. Overall, I cannot be happier with their work ethics, expertise and demeanor and feel like every penny is well spent and I highly recommend them.
