Biography
I am now retired and no longer practicing law.
I was an extern for Justice Mathew Tobriner of the California Supreme Court in 1979. I graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law with a J.D., magna cum laude, in 1980.
I did transactional law and litigation in the fields of real property, employment, condemnation, and other civil areas for 24 years with a mid-sized private law firm in Palo Alto, Calfiornia from 1980-2004.
After 2004 I spent one year representing battered women at the Pro Bono Project in San Jose, California and eight years doing pro bono legal work for Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto.
