Why aren’t you talking to your attorney? Sue the driver that hit you… prove it’s their fault. (The other driver’s insurance will defend them)

He didn’t hit you. Why escalate it? So you can get last word in? If it were perceived as a threat, you could be investigated by the police.

Pretext stops are legal. I’ll bet something else gave them probable cause. You need an attorney if you’re going to challenge the search.
