Do not contact the police without an attorney. My bet is that they will look at this as a civil matter and won't get involved. If they do come...

call the California Bar. They may be able to subject him to discipline. You can seeker further proceedings to have him pay as well

My father passed about 5 weeks ago. He remarried left no will she will not let us see what his assets are she said its all hers

Without a will she is probably not entitled to all property based on community property laws... But you may have to have an attorney to at least...

You have to disclose to your recruiter and it will be listed on your SF 86. It depends on what else is in your background. You may need a waiver......

You are mixing terms trustees are for trusts. Executors or administrators are for estates. But you can't do a California form on an AZ...
