You do need to see a recruiter...I suspect your RE code won’t allow you to re-enlist...but they can tell you.

You need a defense attorney. While the prosecutor must prove every element of the offens... you don’t want to try and do this by yourself.

I retagged this. You need a DUI attorney. 5th Amendment requires due process ( court proceedings) before they convict you.. get an attorney

I doubt it. This situation most likely covered under the Feres Doctrine.. I suspect most damages if you could sue are speculative at best...
