James Arthur Kent

I was very apprehensive about filing a bankruptcy. After speaking with a few attorneys on the telephone, I called James Kent. He put me at ease during our first conversation, and kept things that way from beginning to end. Mr. Kent has been doing bankruptcies for years and years and recently close...d his office, although he still does a limited number of cases. I did not find this to be a problem and we pretty much did everything by email, fax and telephone. He is extremely detail oriented and explained to me that things will go much more smoothly if we are thorough on the front end.His fee is about the same as other attorneys I spoke with.
