Mr. Maurer helped me with my immigration application. I received an I-526 Notice of Intent to Deny letter from USCIS, my family was really nervous, I consulted many immigration lawyers, who said a NOID from USCIS is usually hard to fight, the success rate for my case is 0. I had a relatively small legal issue in San Diego regarding several thousands of dollars in fines that I had received over the years which I had continuously chose to neglect. Charles helped me handle all of the penalties in court and even went to the court house with me free of charge. I know that... this is not his usual area of expertise and possibly extremely trivial compared to his usual casework (and definitely not anywhere close to his usual fee) but I was extremely grateful nonetheless.
