DA is offering a trespass plea bargain to drop oral copulation/simple battery chg w/a minor (16 and 14 year old.) Is it good?

I do not and cannot have enough information to advise you. Only the juvenile's lawyer can do that. But trespass instead of a 288 is quite a deal...
