I do not know the age of consent in Tennesee but it is illegal for the two of you to have sex in California until you are both 18.

Yes it will get revoked and if you do not get a prison sentence it will be reinstated. Generally, one does not get bail on a violation of felony...

As my colleagues have said it will cost Macy's more to sue you than they would receive. You may get several threatening letters but just ignore them.

You could get into trouble for making a false report. But more likely, the police and the DA will ignore you. They will believe original report...
