The attorney was probably just repeating what his/her client told him. The attorney has the right to believe his/her client.

Supposedly sealed transcripts of Marsden Motion hearing were included in trial transcripts. Is this a Mistrial?

It means you do 85% of the time you get sentenced to do. You get 15% as good time/work time. If you get sentenced to 10 years you do 8.5 years.
