You can't trust what you ere in the jail. All sorts of rumors fly around. But don't expect any changes in the credits.

It's up to the employer. But I suspect most employers would consider vehicle code infractions to be minor.

If this is in adult court the jury will decide who to believe. If it's in juvenile court it will be the judge.
