Usually they give you more time but you can't count on it. You should check your mail more often.

The only issue I see here is the overbreadth of the search warrant. Of course your innocence or guilt is up to the jury.

Ask the employer, not a lawyer. They are not supposed to deny you a job because of an arrest. Legally its not even an arrest, It a "detention...
