Bryon Black represented me as an individual in several matters involving an LLC of which I am a member. Business matters of the LLC became complicated and contentious. Because all members of the LLC were also family members of mine, Mr. Black approached the negotiations and framed his opinions in ...a sensitive, yet firm and thoughtful manner. He was able to successfully work with the LLC attorney and another LLC member's attorneys to come to a satisfactory solution of the issues. Mr. Black maintained an approachable, calm demeanor throughout the negotiations, while holding firm to his commitment to protect my legal interests. It was good to have Mr. Black looking out for me during this stressful transaction.
