Bryan Edward Bowdler

Bryan Bowdler is an associate in the in the commercial litigation group of Phelps Dunbar’s New Orleans office.  He handles a broad array of commercial disputes and specializes in contract disputes, bankruptcy litigation and professional liability.  Prior to joining Phelps Dunbar, Mr. Bowdler was a law clerk for the Hon. Eldon E. Fallon of the Eastern District of Louisiana and practiced in the New York, New York office of Schulte, Roth & Zabel LLP.  As a law clerk, he assisted with the Court’s administration of several large and complex litigations, including the In re Vioxx Products Liability Litigation and Turner, et al. v. Murphy Oil.   While in New York, Mr. Bowdler's practice focused on bankruptcy and securities offerings.
