My areas of general practice include, but are not limited to Business and Corporate Law, Environmental, Health and Safety Law, Administrative Law and General Litigation. After obtaining my B.S. degree from the University of South Florida, Tampa, I went on to earn my Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska School of Law. I have significant experience in the business manufacturing industry after working as Senior Counsel at IBP and BPI Technology for nearly two decades. Previously, I served as an Assistant United States Attorney and engaged in the private practice of law. At the Goosmann Law Firm, I represent individuals and business entities in legal disputes and proceedings, and act as general counsel for various business concerns in the region.
