Would never hire again for a real estate closing

We used this attorney file a real estate settlement in April. She refused to return our calls, emails and even visits were ignored. We have emails of how very rude and belittling she was to our agent. I had to step in and ask her to stop and even sent her office coffee. She raised her fees days befo...re closing and we don’t know why. The lender didn’t know why either. Our agent was emailed by her and told if we ask any questions, call her office, stop by her office or ask through a knot her party she will not close our deal. She said several times she wouldn’t or couldn’t close our transaction. At closing she demanded we give up the home warranty that was in our contract. She said she wouldn’t close if that was changed which we felt was intimidation to give up something we contracted for. We also had to pay a realtor fee outside closing because she refused to correct the CD. She talked throughout settlement about the “crackheads” (her word) she hired for $2,000 to build her beautiful new game room. Her husband corrected work to an easement (shed and fence removal) and and didn’t do it properly. We had to accept his work to settle. We did. Again intimidation. She said she’s send docs digitally and never did. She was supposed to correct the CD and send it but I could never access it and she wouldn’t respond to my calls. So I had my lender correct the CD and Brooke had to get it from her. Days after closing I had to request my keys and checks. Two weeks AFTER closing my realtor and home warranty haven’t been paid and the deed that was recorded had incorrect information. With all this I still have yet to receive a return call or email from the firm. I will never hire them again and it is my opinion that they should never do another real estate closing. Oh and I’ll add she was really expensive and added a $300 charge at the end. We still don’t know what we paid for.
