Brittany A. Templeton

Brit is an insurance law attorney with extensive litigation experience having conducted more than one thousand depositions which included plaintiffs, defendants (insureds and co-defendants), medical experts, adjusters, 30(b)(6) representatives and witnesses. She has an active motion practice and has trial experience including four jury trials. Her alternative dispute resolution experience includes more than 50 compulsory arbitration proceedings as well as settlement conferences and mediations. She has expertise with first party and UN/UIM claims. Brit has conducted many examinations under oath as well as multiple policy prescribed panel arbitrations. Her clients are insurance companies and their insureds.
