Abuse of power

Came in a very burnable situation, someone refere her to me, we aggressive in a price , I was very specific that will be hard for me to come with any more money, pay upfront in full for what she supposed Represent me, she was not able to get it done,she call me and demand more money or she will drop... the case , asked for refund since she can't get it done and she said she will keep it, not the person that you want to represent and put your trust on, not very credible...

I am sorry you are displeased, but would encourage you to be honest and forthcoming when conveying something on a public platform. The facts given are very non-specific and do not sound at all accurate to the way our firm handles business or our clients cases. This is evident by the many positive reviews and feedback from our clients. Often times different cases require different approaches and different prices. All prices are explained upfront and if additional work is required to achieve the best result possible, i.e., a trial, continuations, etc, it is standard practice for attorneys to charge additional fees when putting in additional work. If someone is not paid, they cannot do their job in full. Any person who offers a service operates in this capacity. Likewise, money is not refunded for completed work. Nor is money refunded simply because a case did not turn out a certain way. Court costs and fees are also an additional fee required at the end and do not go to the attorney, but rather the court. Attorneys are asked to do the best job they can with the circumstances they have and that is all that can be done, and exactly what our firm did.

Support, professional, goes above and beyond

I was nervous going into my hearing and Ms. Garrison calmed my nerves and supported me the entire process. My case was extended a time or two and she explained every process to me and pushed for what was right. She believed in me, she supported me, and I has no doubt she would do what she co...uld for me. Hiring Ms. Garrison has been the one of the best decisions I've made in a long time.

Disappointed

Went to Brittany for a small case,Recommended by one of her friends attorney, she took advantage of the burneble situation, agreed upon a specific price for the service and pay in full, she call men next day the the money was not enough and she needed to add some other charges, I explained the diffic...ult economic situation the I was , I ask for the money back the I already have being paid in full and she denies, said you better come with some more money,I already paid everything in full at first, she is not the person you want to trust in any case, watch your money with her...

Our firm apologizes, but this matter legal does not sound familiar. Our firm strives to deliver honest and effective service to all of our clients. If additional services and more work and time is required to resolve a matter, then further monies are due prior to completion of the services. This is the way the majority of firms operate. Further, additional monies are often due to take care of court services and fees. These are not funds retained by the firm, but rather monies that are delivered to the court for the client to resolve their case. All of this is explained to the client and receipts are provided. If there are further issues or specifics, we would be happy to speak privately with you, if you would like to call our office at a later time.

GREAT SERVICE AND REPRESENTATION.

I would recommend Brittany Garrison and her law firm, they are very understandable and easy to communicate. my case was following to close, and she was able to dismiss my case. she was also very understanding when I notify her firm that I was having a hard time communicating with my insurance compa...ny. even without the documents that we were requesting, she still pulled a great case. I am very happy and i recommend this firm 100%.
