Stat. 56.29 reached thr ... ough to third party and obtained judicial order for transfer of domain name to Plaintiff. Trial resulted in judicial finding that fraudulent transfer occurred, and more importantly, that an internet domain name is "property" capable of attachment and levy by the court.
