A Michigan native, Brian attended the University of Tennessee College of Law, graduating in 2000, before returning to West Michigan and working for several years in the research division of the Michigan Court of Appeals. Following his time there, he joined a large West Michigan firm that specialized in the defense of medical malpractice suits, representing hospitals and physicians. After ten years of defense work, Brian joined a well-respected plaintiff's firm and began representing people injured by medical malpractice. Since then, he has dedicated his practice to advocating and defending the rights of injured people and helping them and their families navigate the complicated legal landscape.
