Very knowledgeable and helpful
I was having an issue at the work place and didn't know what to do. I consulted with Brian and he informed me it was in fact a legal issue, then he advised me what exactly I needed to do. He was the one answering his phone, he was very courteous and understanding, and he seemed eager to help.
