Brian Hentosz

BRIAN M. HENTOSZ is an associate in the Pittsburgh office of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP. He is a member of the Employment & Labor, Intellectual Property Litigation, and Litigation Practice Groups.

In the Employment & Labor context, Mr. Hentosz represents employers and individuals in both litigation and counseling matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, labor relations, employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, covenants not to compete, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

In the Litigation context, Mr. Hentosz practices complex commercial litigation including patent infringement, trademark infringement, breach of contract actions, and sophisticated professional liability matters involving business professionals.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hentosz served as a student attorney at the Tulane University Law School Civil Litigation Clinic.  He also worked at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Health Plan, Office of General Counsel.  In addition, he was a certified legal intern at the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office as well as a judicial intern at the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, The Honorable Nora Barry Fischer.

Mr. Hentosz received his J.D. from Tulane University Law School where he graduated summa cum laude and received the Order of the Coif.  While there, he served as the Symposium Editor for the Tulane Law Review Vol. 87 and as a Junior Member for the Tulane Law Review Vol. 86.  He received the CALI Award in Constitutional Criminal Procedure.  Mr. Hentosz earned his Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University in Economics and History.  There, he was a member of the Villanova Varsity Football Team.
