Brian F. Glynn

Brian Glynn was hired by our family to complete a legal document of my fathers last wishes. This was drafted openly as a family with Glynn in attendance. My father was lowered to minimum medication. Brian tried to sway my father on one point of this document 4 times. My dad said no all four times. M...y father never got his last wishes. Brian Glynn had my dad sign this document when he was medicated to the optimum level for pain. My brother and I were curtly asked to leave the room. Why I did I will never know. This was the one time my father was standing firm on his wishes. The document was not drafted the way my dad wanted. I tried to have him check it because he did not even remember signing it. He had used Brian Glynn before so he trusted him to follow his directive. I suffer now from PTSD. I let my father down by leaving that room. I will never have closer in my dad's death. Many lawyers don't think of the wide reaching consequences of their actions. Most days I wish I was never born and spent the first 2 yrs after his death crying.
