Nightmare
Ian Hirsch of Fortress Credit Services and Brett Marshall of Marshall Law: FAILED to follow through with my loan modification. Missed the court date. My HOME was sold at auction. Ian had documents and a certified check in hand. Please don't let this nightmare happen to others.

Replied last October 14, 2013I am familiar with this situation because I have already answered to three other state entities with regard to this matter. HE WAS NOT MY CLIENT! He was the client of another law firm. Neither I, nor my firm, Marshall Law Group, was ever retained by this man for his modification. Please remove.
