Mr. Phillips received his undergraduate degree from Chapman University and graduated cum laude from American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. While in law school, Mr. Phillips worked in the United States Senate, Committee on the Judiciary and served as an editor for the Administrative Law Review, Administrative Law & Regulatory Practice Section of the American Bar Association. After law school, Mr. Phillips served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Sherrie L. Krauser, on the Maryland Circuit Court.

Great Trial Work
I was facing an assault and drug charge. The best the D.A. would do was a year and a half. We went to trial. Mr. Phillips destroyed the D.A., and got me off on the assault charge, with only probation for the possession charge.
