If i had the option of megative stars she would have the most..She was appointed my case first 4 court dates she said hi once, on another occasion told me she had to step put and someone else would help me.on the fifth court date she spoke to me for thebfirst time about my case, after telling her to ...take it infront of the judge she wouldnt listen to me,then bullied me into taking a plea. That same day I told her to withdraw the plea, again after about 20 min of arguing back and fourth and her hanging up on me she said ok.she told me she would next court date, the problem was their were no more court dates just a surrender date. She then told me I misunderstood her. If you are looking for someone who is a compassionate human being, someone trustworthy, and someone who has your best interest in mind then don't let Ms Ruelas anywhere near your case. Very very unprofessional, does not care about her client,and did nothing for me.please FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!
