I first met Brandy in Middlesex probate court when I was there for a child support hearing. Brandy heard what was going on with my case and chased me down outside the court room to tell me that I needed legal help. She offered me her services and knew the facts of my case and that I did not have much... money because I am disabled. So we set up a meeting and she promised me the world and made me think that she knew what she was talking about. She screwed up my case from day one and made mistake after mistake about my case. When we got to the courthouse on the day of my hearing she forgot her glasses and could not even read the papers in front of her so I had to read her what the papers said. We were not called at first so at recess she went home to retrieve her glasses so that she could read the papers. When we finally went in front of the judge I spoke about 90% of the time. When she finally did speak and the judge asked her what my injuries and disability were she had to turn to me and ask me what they were when I had already told her the facts of my case and of all my injuries at our meeting.from there on it was obvious that she didn’t even review my file before our hearing. When my hearing was over I had new a new child support payment when I should’ve had none due to the circumstances of my case. The finding was mailed directly to Brandy and not me so she told me that she would bring a copy to the Department of revenue and mail me a copy as well. I never received a copy but she claimed got lost in the mail and when I went to the Department of revenue they said the only file they had about my child support was from the hearing before I with Brandy when she had told me she had brought a copy to the DOR herself. I tried calling and emailing Brandy numerous times and when I finally got an email almost a week later she told me that when she gets a chance she will look through the pile of papers that are on her desk and hopefully she will find the order that I needed. Bottom line she is incompitant, unorganized, inexperienced, and worst of all she so desperately in need of money that she has to take a disabled person to small claims court for $800. I highly recommend staying away from hiring her. She also lied to me about mailing a copy of my new order and bringing a copy to the DOR because neither one of us received one. I am disabled and have no income coming in and offered to make monthly payments which she refused and she is now suing me in small claims court and it’s only been less than 90 days since our hearing. I should be the one suing her for malpractice and abandonment.

I contacted Brandy regarding my divorce, mostly concerned about my small children. Brandy listened, told me what she thought my options were and was totally dedicated to my cause. What I found most impressive was her desire to treat the divorce like a "business deal" and keep the emotions out. She... advocated for my position, was mindful of my children and the overall health of the family once everything got settled. It was a long road but I have to say, after working with Brandy what I thought was going to be a horrendous event in my life turned out to be "doable". Her careful guidance actually made my relationship with my ex-wife better. We are co-parents and doing what is best for our children. That would NOT have been possible without Brandy. I highly recommend her. She is not just extremely competent as a lawyer, but in seeing the overall picture. Hire her. She's the best.

I came to Brandy to help me with custody of my children. She listened, let me know what what my options were and then listened some more. What impressed me most about her was her ability to HEAR me and her no-nonsense approach to my issue. She is very knowledgable about the court system, procedure...s, and legal tactics. After my professional issues were addressed (much to my satisfaction) she stayed in touch to make sure things were progressing as they were supposed to. She's wonderful. I recommend her highly. And...I owe her my sanity...

Brandy has been nothing less than fantastic to work with. I needed help to resolve issues regarding my children and my rights as a parent. Brandy not only provides excellent legal advice, she understands the impact to children that this process can have when one parent isn't concerned with their best... interest.
