Brandon Lyle Flechas

I hope that you're never in a situation that requires a good lawyer, but the way goes, chances are you'll at least WISH you had someone like Brandon in your corner at one point or another. I was beyond drained by the time I met him, from trying to handle a huge corporation that refused to do the ri...ght thing on my own for a few months by then. His office was the only one willing to take these guys on & stand up for me. I can't possibly say enough good things about Brandon Flechas. Everything I want to say, flies in the face of the reputation Attorneys typically have. He gave me hope and fought for me, and if I hadn't called him, not only would there have been a much poorer outcome for my family, but I also can't even say for sure that I would've made it through this particularly difficult time, I mean that. He believed in what he was fighting for, and it showed. Considering some of the cases his office handles, I know it couldn't have been about the money, because in the world of awards and settlements, my number wasn't life changing for them, but that did not change how hard they fought for me. So hard, even the defense's attorney took note. He was amazing in the courtroom. This man is so good, people. The hours he put in leading up to my court date, the time afterwards, all the delays and appeals, he never wavered in his commitment to seeing it through. He never tried to sway me when different things came up requiring my response - if it had been ME, sometimes it was ALL so draining, I wonder if I wouldn't have suggested my client just move on, especially for the amount fought over, but he didn't, he stuck by me. I never saw him do anything dishonest at all, and the opposing side was just disgusting in their tactics, so apparently that IS a trait worth mentioning. When my best friend needed a lawyer during an especially tragic time in her life, I talked her into calling him, instead of the lawyer a friend worked for, who didn't seem to specialize in what she needed. Once again, he went above and beyond, and she's finally put that behind her, already been to court and received what she should have, while another party involved in the incident, whose decision to retain a lawyer is exactly why she decided she needed one in her corner, is still waiting on his to make the insurance company cover his hospital bills. I've needed an attorney since this experience, and hired one for something my favorite lawyer doesn't practice in, and I was quickly reminded how lucky I was to have Brandon take my case. Maybe she was as slow and incompetent as to be expected - maybe my expectations have just been so exceeded, I see what mediocre looks like, who knows. All I know is, I was sure wishing Mr. Flechas was working in that field too, haha. This may seem overly positive, but I sincerely didn't have a single moment of disappointment during the 2 or 3 years my case played out from him or his entire practice. I'm not an especially optimistic person, but I'd trust any life altering situation that required legal action again with Brandon Flechas in a heartbeat. He is one in a million, and the other attorney in their office, and absolutely every staff member, was amazing too. Thanks for sticking up for me, thanks for sticking it to those suits who tried to throw me under the bus. Thank you SO much, I'm forever in your debt! Life changing injuries and litigation are both something I seriously never expected to have to face, but I did, and I'm not so sure I would've made it through alone. You're doing good work, never stop!
