I received my first felony case this past march. Until I was in the situation it never occurred to me how to even go about such a situation. Once release from city jail under a bond I immediately started the search for a lawyer. My son picked up my possession charge while on a deferred adjudication probation. I was afraid he would serve time. I decided to go to an attorney that i knew but God had other plans. Brandon said he would try to get the a pre-trial intervention for my 17 year old son who was facing both misdemeanor & felony charges. He did exactly that. No jail time.
