DO NOT HIRE BRADY STEWART. How this hack passed law school I have no idea. I hired him for a divorce attorney and It was the worst choice I've made in my lifetime, and I've made many bad choices in my life. Brady didn't ever have time to meet, talk or go over my case. When he would agree to meet me h...e wouldn't be at his office and no show. Brady didn't turn in my mandatory divorce class certificate and I was almost held in contempt despite sending the certificate to him 3 separate times because he misplaced it, I ended up driving to the court house myself to deliver it. Brady didn't even turn in my financial affidavit so my ex got EVERYTHING she asked for. He was totally unprepared and his only answers were we got hosed. He's an absolute flake and has no business practicing law. It has cost me nearly 20k in other lawyer fees to fix what Brady Stewart messed up. They were competent, they fixed his errors, all of them agreed he was a terrible lawyer. "If it were me, I'd call someone else" should be the motto. Met Mr. Stuart Apr 2 for a free consultation. At that meeting he agreed to draft a letter for my review by Apr 5th then send to the organization "after my review". The agreed price was 250 which I paid that day. I contacted him Apr 20th to follow up on the letter. On Apr 24th he replied that he w...as given a case that took him away from this. On Apr 25th I replied telling him I totally understood. Jun 25th I reached out to him again and got no reply. I reached out again Jul 28th and got no reply. Aug 26th I sent another email, Aug 27th he replied with a letter attached saying this is what he sent the organization on Apr 20th. Notice the date... because on Apr 24th he said it wasn't done with an explanation. Not only that, the attached letter was so poorly written he didn't even have my name right. Nov 8th I followed up for my refund. He said I would not receive one and basically I was lucky that he didn't charge me another 250. Might not sound like much to you, but it is to me. I expect honor, even from an attorney.
