Bradley Robert Mathews

Bradley Mathews specializes in complex litigation, including employment law matters under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act, trade secret issues, shareholder derivative cases, and business litigation.  Mr. Mathews has also briefed and argued both state and federal appeals on diverse issues ranging from the Colorado River doctrine, forum non conveniens, and adequacy of contractual consideration. He was recently heavily involved in the San Diego pension fraud litigation, and has served as the lead associate in major products liability and personal injury cases.

Mr. Mathews earned a bachelor of arts in English Literature from the Maryland and received a J.D. degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.  While at the University of Maryland he served as an intern for the late Congressman Robert Matsui. He is licensed to practice in California, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern districts of California, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Mathews was raised in Maryland, just outside of Washington, D.C., and moved to Southern California in 1995.
