The best immigration lawyer.

I received a deportation letter and supposed to leave the US in 30 days. Nobody could help me. When I found Boris, he solved a problem easily in one week.

Failed to help in credit settlements.

I hired this attorney 5 years ago to settle credit cards debts. He did help me in the beginning, but did not do anything on the last stage, even when the MCU bank called him he said that he is not representing me anymore., Eventually I had to pay huge amounts of money to IRS ( he "forgot" to info...rm me that the the debt which was written off in settlement is considered as an income and had to be reported to IRS.) It is very upsetting that it looks like he was interested only to get paid and did not care much about the end result.

Sorry, Andrey. I thought I did my best. Chapter 7 was not an option for you, and I can't prevent creditors from filing 1099C for settled debt with the IRS. 1099C is only filed when debt is largely settled, and achieves the purpose for which you may hire me. Your poor rating is unfair and negates common sense, my efforts and results. Why would anyone bring up the matter after five years of silence? Was he not emotionally influenced by unrelated circumstances of which I am not aware?
